This website
We measure how people use this site with our own first-party analytics. Nothing is sent to an advertising network or a third-party tracker.
- Two first-party cookies hold a random visitor id (13 months) and a session id (30 minutes), plus the campaign you first arrived from (30 days).
- We record the pages you view, the buttons you click to request a demo or sign in, your browser and device type, and your network address with the last part removed. We never store your full IP address.
- If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we set no cookies and count your visit anonymously.
- Details you type into the demo form go to our sales team by email so we can contact you. The analytics record keeps only the yard name.
YouTube
AutoInventoryAI can publish a video of a part to your own YouTube channel. This feature uses YouTube API Services, and it is off unless your yard turns it on and connects a channel. Google’s Privacy Policy, at policies.google.com/privacy, applies to what YouTube does with your information.
- What we are given. When you connect a channel you sign in on Google’s own page. We never see or keep your Google or YouTube password. Google gives us permission to upload videos to that channel and to read its name.
- What we keep. The channel’s name and id, an authorization token that lets us upload to it, who at your yard connected it and when, the videos you record, and the link YouTube returns for each one.
- What we do with it. We upload the videos you record in AutoInventoryAI to your channel, with a title and description made from the vehicle, the part, the stock number and your yard’s name, and we put the video’s link in that part’s description in your inventory system. We do not read, change or delete anything else on your channel.
- Who we share it with. YouTube, to publish the video, and your own inventory system, which receives the link. Nobody else.
- How to stop. Choose Disconnect under Settings, General Settings, YouTube Videos and we delete the authorization token at once. You can also remove our access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Videos already on YouTube stay on your channel until you delete them there.
- Deleting what we hold. Delete a video in AutoInventoryAI and our copy is removed. To have the rest of the YouTube information we hold for your yard deleted, email info@recyclersai.com.
